Until you have successfully completed the verification process you will not be able to withdraw from your account.
You can upload any of the supporting document types specified in the list below by selecting the relevant option and clicking on submit.
Your documents will be processed within 72 hours of submission.
Please ensure the document contains both your full name and residential address as registered on your Pinnacle account. Where applicable, documents must not have expired and statements or bills must be dated within the last three months. For card and bank statements, please blank out all but the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number.
